German Gothic Leg Armor
Gothic plate armor (german: Gotischer Plattenpanzer) is a type of plate armor of steel made in the regions of Germany and the Holy Roman Empire during the late Middle Ages (15th century). The armor provided full-body protection to the knight who wore it. The last half of the 15th Century saw armor reach its apex in beauty in both form and function. This type of armor would have been a common site on the battlefields of The War of the Roses.
This Gothic Leg Armor is just the thing to finish the suit of armor. The fully articulated legs have the same fine details throughout. This type of leg armor ends a little past mid shin and is meant to be worn with heavy leather boots.
